Small Batch & Hand Crafted
We carefully handcraft our chocolate in small batches from fine-flavor, sustainably grown cacao beans at our workshop on Cape Cod. Blending high quality cacao with the purest ingredients available, we create chocolate that is both exceptional in taste and wholesomely decadent.
Ethical Supply Chain
We believe in promoting sustainable agriculture, and our direct trade relationships with producers ensure that our supply chain is as ethical and environmentally sound as possible.
We offer an exciting array of memorable 'experience' chocolate bars that feature specific origins and innovative flavor infusions. In addition to bars, we are constantly experimenting with creative confections. Our delicious, minimally processed chocolate is available in our café, on our online store, and from purveyors of fine food and wine around the United States.
Our guiding principles that we use to make wholesomely delicious chocolate
CORE VALUE 1
We run our business with the utmost integrity. Investing in ongoing, responsible, and ethical success, we make financial decisions considering our impact on the community.
CORE VALUE 2
We derive purpose and inspiration from our North Truro. Through our chocolate and our cafe, we bring people together enabling them to connect over wholesome food and drink, all the while learning to appreciate and support a more sustainable relationship with foodways.

Illuminating consciousness of all food origins guides our mission. We are ambassadors for cacao producers, using each chocolate bar as an opportunity to educate customers about food’s relationship to land.
CORE VALUE 4
Making delicious chocolate takes a village. We maintain a close-knit team of staff throughout the year, treating these vital employees as family, and encouraging them to pass on this sensibility to our customers.
CORE VALUE 5
Our customers are at the core of our mission to nourish the community with wholesomely decadent chocolate. We invite customers to explore the exciting adventure of growing, sourcing, and refining cacao beans into chocolate.
